Rules

House Rules for Hüsli Holiday Apartments

Welcome to our Hüsli holiday apartments! To ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, please adhere to the following house rules. By being considerate of the furnishings and other guests, you help us maintain a high standard and a welcoming atmosphere.

1. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In is possible from 4:00 PM. An early Check-In can only be granted after prior agreement and without guarantee. Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive early. Check-Out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. A later Check-Out is only possible after prior agreement and may incur an additional fee. Please contact us in advance if you wish for a later Check-Out.

2. Quiet Hours

We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Events or parties are not allowed. In case of violation, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice.

3. Cleanliness and Care

Please treat the furnishings and inventory of the holiday apartment with care. Damages resulting from improper use must be compensated by the tenant. Household waste must be disposed of in the designated containers according to local guidelines. Before Check-Out, we ask you to store dishes clean and dry in the cabinets and leave the apartment in an orderly condition.

4. Pets

Pets are only allowed with prior agreement.

5. Smoking

A strict no-smoking policy applies in our holiday apartments. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

6. Keys

Please handle the keys carefully. Loss of keys must be reported immediately and may incur costs for the tenant.

7. Liability

The use of the holiday apartment is at your own risk. The landlord is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from improper use of the furnishings.

8. Damages and Complaints

If any damages occur during your stay, please report them immediately so we can address them. Complaints not reported during the stay cannot be acknowledged afterward.

9. Visitors

External visitors are allowed as long as the maximum occupancy of the holiday apartment is not exceeded. Overnight guests must be registered in advance and will incur additional costs. Please inform us in a timely manner about any overnight visitors.

10. Waste Disposal

Waste separation is mandatory in Switzerland. Please dispose of waste separately according to the categories of residual waste, paper, glass, and plastic in the appropriate containers.
